All extras exclude GST. Capacity extras recur each billing cycle; annual accounts pay twelve months upfront and mid-cycle capacity increases are prorated, while inbound packs are charged for whole monthly allowances. Only inbound packs add message capacity. API sends and mailbox outbound keep their separate allowances. Storage packs do not extend retention. Extra domains are connection slots, not domain registrations.
PRICING QUESTIONS
Transactional emails are messages sent through the API, such as OTPs, receipts, and alerts. Inbound mailbox messages are emails received into your hosted inboxes. Outbound mailbox messages are replies and new messages sent from those inboxes. Each uses the separate allowance shown in the comparison table.
Email allowances are monthly, including on annual subscriptions. Volumes are shared across the entire workspace, not allocated per mailbox or teammate. API sends, inbound mailbox messages, and outbound mailbox messages have separate allowances.
Extra transactional sending is opt-in on paid plans. Without overage enabled, API sending stops at your included allowance. Overage is metered at the plan's rate per 1,000 additional sends. Additional inbound capacity is available in 1,000-message monthly packs for ₹25. Mailbox outbound remains capped; API overage does not increase mailbox allowances.
Paid-plan extras: mailbox ₹199/month, teammate ₹149/month, five verified-domain slots ₹99/month, 10 GB storage ₹99/month, and 1,000 inbound messages/month ₹25/month. Only the inbound pack increases an email allowance. Domains are slots, not registrations. Annual accounts pay capacity extras for twelve months; mid-cycle capacity increases are prorated; inbound packs are charged for whole monthly allowances. Storage packs do not extend retention.
All prices are in INR and exclude GST. Paid subscriptions use Razorpay. Inbox, Growth and Scale annual plans are billed upfront at 10.8 times the monthly price, saving 10%. Starter and Send are monthly-only. Monthly allowances stay the same.
Paid plans have no fixed daily API sending cap. Free-plan sending is subject to anti-abuse controls, which may defer bursts. Domain verification and acceptable-use requirements apply to every plan.
Inbox SLA tracking sets response-time targets for your team's conversations. It is a workflow feature, not a MailKaka support response or uptime guarantee. GB denotes storage units based on 1,024³ bytes.
